While we were staying in Durango, Colorado, we took a day to ride the Durango Silverton Railroad. We booked the tickets over a month ago and even splurged to upgrade our seats to the Prospector car which had tables and refreshments. The train left early and dropped us in Silvterton around lunchtime for a couple of hours before making the return trip.
It was a beautiful ride and a fun day.
